As part of our Offline Marketing and Sales team, you'll support a diverse range of products and services, including Echo, Ring, Amazon Fire TV, Fire Tablets, Kindle, Blink, and eero.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll leverage your business acumen and critical thinking to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve operational issues in stores throughout your market. You'll gather valuable insights from consumers and store associates to inform product, feature, and channel marketing strategies. You'll manage weekly travel to a large territory of retailers, utilizing various sales tools and store profiles to enhance sales and brand recognition. You'll build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (Area Managers, Regional Managers, etc.). You'll drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost sales through offline retail channels, achieving goals across various business areas (advocacy, compliance, metrics, training, coverage, team, and organization). You'll submit daily in-store reports, including digital photos. You'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain Amazon device displays. You'll delegate and influence to achieve exceptional results, executing standard operating procedures, identifying improvement areas, implementing solutions, and providing feedback. You'll share best practices, manage product transitions, ensure proper in-store experience and merchandising, educate store associates, conduct sales training for large-scale events, and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
